Combination Exercises look advanced. I only train the general population. Can I use Combination Exercises with my clients?

Yes. Beginners learn faster with simple combination exercises. For example, combine reverse and regular grip bench presses in the same set. 


I train my clients in their homes and don’t have access to equipment. Can I use Combination Exercises?

Yes. You can create Combination Exercises with or without equipment. 


I train mainly seniors and fear Combination Exercises might be too advanced for them. 

Like beginners, seniors thrive on minor changes to the same movements, called variable training—for example, bodyweight squats with a narrow, medium and wide stance. 


Combination Exercises sound like a workshop primarily for personal trainers.
I work with athletes. Can I still benefit from the workshop?
