The 106 pages in the manuals and 100+ video clips in Prepare to Move will help you: 

  • Help your athlete or fitness client learn or correct movements faster through optimal (not excessive) range of motion.

  • Prevent overuse injuries by preparing your athlete or fitness client to move in the shortest amount of time possible.

  • Help your athlete or fitness client be motivated for session warm up and flexibility, through your ability to choose and explain the “why” behind exercises that the athlete really need.

If you already have a Yes To Strength account,
log in and then navigate back to this page
so the course can be added to your account.

Select the PTM Online Online option
from the drop down menu.

After purchasing the course, return to yestostrength.com and 

  • log in from the main menu using the email address and password you created when you purchased the ebook.

  • You will land on the materials page for the book.  

  • When you return to the site and log in, you will see a My Courses listing in the main menu. If you have registered for more than one Yes To Strength course or product you will see the access to all courses/products on your My Courses page.

Continuing Education Credits 

You can earn 14 CPTN CECs for this course. A multiple choice quiz must be completed for each hybrid and a grade of 70% or higher achieved in order to complete the course and earn continuing education credits.
