FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I am not a certified strength coach or personal trainer, but I am interested in learning The Flexible Periodization Method. Can I still sign up for the certification levels?
Yes, if you are interested in The Flexible Periodization Method and have knowledge corresponding to a strength coach/personal trainer (basic anatomy, physiology, etc.), you are more than welcome at the workshops and to take the online courses. Keep in mind that even though our live workshops are predominantly hands-on, they are not a workout – be ready to learn, not to sweat.

What do I have to do to maintain my FPM Specialists status?
As long as you maintain your basic certification you will maintain your status as an FPM Specialist.

Why don’t you offer CECs for my organization?
Rather than purchase CECs from selected organizations that may or may not fit your needs, we have chosen to offer our programs at fees that allow you to petition our programs with your chosen organization for the appropriate credits.

Do the FPM Specialists distinctions preapprove me for insurance coverage?
Yes. The FPM Specialists distinctions are preapproved for insurance coverage through HUB International. Click here to learn more about HUB International.  If your policy is already with HUB International then your FPM Specialist distinction will also be covered.
