Terms & Conditions TERMS AND CONDITIONS of Yes To Strength: WAVIER OF LIABILITY By completing a workshop registration on yestostrength.com I agree to forever release, discharge, fully indemnify Yes To Strength and Karsten Jensen, the facilities, and all promoters, sponsors and their respective representatives and successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands, and expenses whatsoever on account of damage to or loss of property, physical or mental injury, or death. I verify that I have been involved in a physical training program; that I am physically fit and do not suffer from any disability, physical ailment; nor am I taking any medication that would cause me harm or limit my participation in the workshop. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Cancellation of attendance at a workshop must be received in writing to admin@yestostrength.com at least 3 business days prior to the start date of the course for a refund to be issued. A processing fee of 20% of fee paid will be charged for all refunds. No refunds will be issued to requests made within 3 business days of the workshop date. All online courses and e-books are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any online courses or e-books. Please ensure that the online courses you choose are suited for your needs before completing the purchase. COURSE COMPLETION Full attendance is required for all live workshops and all requirements outlined in the course descriptions must be fulfilled successfully in order to receive a certificate of completion or certification of certification distinction. Virtual courses require that attendee video camera is turned on at all times and mic muted unless otherwise directed by the course instructor. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: Certificates of completion will be emailed the week after the course date. The name on the certificate will appear exactly as provided on the registration form. RECEIPTS Receipts are automatically issued via Paypal upon successful completion of a transaction and sent to the email address used on the registration form. Please be aware that spam filters can block email receipts. If a receipt is not received within 10 minutes of the completed transaction, please check these filters!
