How To Be More Powerful in Your Work
I believe the spiritual teachers who say that we are all here to make the world a better place and EACH ONE of us has a UNIQUE role to play.
Years ago, I saw my influence being limited to the athletes and coaches I was working with on a daily basis, and I did not see how I could influence the “big scheme” of things.
Through years of studying and inspiration from great people, I have come to understand that even the “smallest” act of kindness, service, helpfulness DOES IN FACT affect the big picture.
Likewise, when JUST ONE of you reads a newsletter, a blog, come to one of our seminars and subsequently use what you learn to help JUST ONE athlete or client, that DOES IN FACT improve the big picture.
Yes To Strength wants to improve the big picture of strength and conditioning and personal training. As a matter of fact we not only want to “improve” the big picture, we want to change the world of strength and conditioning and personal training as we know it today!
Our work in the years to come have been defined by 5 action areas, outlined in our Manifesto that you can download from our homepage. There is no extra opt in required.
If one or more of these action areas resonate with you, it is my hope that you will help us change the world of strength and conditioning. If enough of us take positive action where ever we are, we CAN in fact change the big scheme of things.
That is how to be more powerful in your work.
Dedicated To Your Success,
Karsten
PS: I would love to hear your thoughts about the Yes To Strength Manifesto.

Thank you for this directive. If we all thought this way in the fitness industry it would be much more advanced than it is at the moment.
