Caribbean Callisthenics
Dear Strength Coach/Personal Trainer.
In a previous edition of our No Gimmicks Ezine, I mentioned that together with The Ground Based Abs program, I also have done (and continue to do) circuits.
One VERY powerful circuit that I have created is the Caribbean Callisthenics, a total of six exercises, performed 1-minute each with maximal speed and 3-4 rounds.
Last week, I showed you, the NEW variations of the Side Plank, a frontal plane exercise. Like the Ground Based Abs Program, the Caribbean Callisthenics Program also covers all the Cardinal Planes.
Here is the frontal plane exercise in the Caribbean Callisthenics Program – The Spiderman Walk
Reach as high as possible with the arm – until your shoulder touches your chin. Then pull the arm down until your elbow touches the outside of your thighs.
Mix it in with a lower body exercise and perform multiple sets of 1-minute with no rest.
Drop me a comment, if you have any questions or comments.
To Your Success,
Karsten
PS: The Caribbean Callisthenics is going to be a bonus that you receive with your investment in the Ground Based Abs Program. If you have not already notified us, please send us an email, if you want to receive the introductory offer for The Ground Based Abs Program.

I must admit, this looked a little funny, but when I tried it, it kicked my butt! 3 minutes and I was huffing and puffing like a horse at the end of a race. Awesome exercise! thanks for sharing.
